www.SmokingPit.com - This is one of my favorite recipes. This video shows four seasonings ork shoulder (Boston butt) and rub with mustard, Jack's Old South Hickory, garlic powder and sugar cane. The pork is injected with Dr Pepper and Cherry YS640 Yoder slowly smoked on a pellet fired smoker for 14 hours at 225 degrees for the most tender and tasty pulled pork barbecue. Just as it should be!
